By accessing and purchasing from NixieLoom, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. All products listed (including Sweaters, T-shirts, Tank Tops, Cardigans, Blouses, Pants, Skirts, Jackets, Vests, and Tops) are subject to availability.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
NixieLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
We are not responsible for:
- Color variations due to monitor settings
- Minor product variations from displayed images
- Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers
Intellectual Property
All content on NixieLoom, including designs, logos, product images, and descriptions, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Customers may not use product images for commercial purposes without written permission from NixieLoom.
Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
The following are non-refundable:
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Personalized/customized products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through our customer service team. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NixieLoom is registered.
By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
