Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from NixieLoom within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
• Certain items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. You will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Package your item securely with the original packaging if possible
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

1. Return the original item following our standard return process
2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns

For international orders:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
• Please allow additional time for international returns to be processed

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary
3. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us for assistance
